**Job Description:Assistant Security Officer(ASO) Residential**

**Position:Assistant Security Officer(ASO)**
**Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad**

**Overview**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Residential Assistant Security Officer, your primary responsibilities include:
**Security Operations**
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, and respond promptly to any alerts.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of residents, guests, and contractors.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and report any suspicious behavior or activities.

**Incident Response**
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
- Provide first-level assistance in case of incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, or criminal activity until specialized help arrives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports for any unusual occurrences or breaches.

**Resident Support**
- Assist residents with security-related concerns, such as lost keys, lockouts, or reporting incidents.
- Provide guidance and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while enforcing security protocols.

**Collaboration**
- Assist the Security Manager in conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations set by the management.

**Other Duties**
- Maintain logs of daily activities, including visitor logs, patrol checks, and any noteworthy events.
- Inspect and report maintenance issues, such as broken locks, lighting, or security equipment malfunctions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Familiarity with security equipment and systems is advantageous
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Capability to handle physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
