Security Guard

**Job Title: Residential Security Guard**

**Experience: 1-2 Years**

**Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Access Control**:

- Monitor and control access to the residential premises for residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Verify identification and maintain visitor logs to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- **Surveillance and Patrolling**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
- Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems, for suspicious activities.
- **Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to security alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including fire, medical, or criminal activities.
- Document and report incidents accurately, including actions taken, to supervisors or local authorities as required.
- **Resident Assistance**:

- Provide assistance to residents as needed, such as escorting them to vehicles, helping with lost items, or handling lockouts.
- Serve as a point of contact for resident inquiries related to security concerns.
- **Policy Enforcement**:

- Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Address violations diplomatically and take appropriate actions, escalating to management if necessary.
- **Safety Checks**:

- Conduct routine inspections to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
- Report maintenance or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- **Emergency Preparedness**:

- Stay familiar with emergency protocols and evacuation procedures.
- Assist in the safe evacuation of residents during emergencies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Valid security guard license (as required by local regulations).
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.

**Work Environment**:

- May involve standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- May require night shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on the schedule.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor patrols.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
