**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as per company objectives.
- Promote products/services to meet or exceed targets in the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work with senior sales officers, managers, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Support the sales team in planning and execution of strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, or exhibitions.
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in the market.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sales-driven mindset with customer service focus.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Marketing preferred).
- Experience in sales/marketing (1-3 years) is an advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- Frequent travel to meet clients/distributors in the assigned area.
- Fieldwork combined with office reporting.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
