Job Location - Kovilambakkam, Chennai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the calls from International customers in different countries
- Solve customer issues and queries related to Troubleshooting, Switch, Routers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent in English Communication
- Minimum 0-1 Yr of Experience in Networking
- Flexible to work at Night Swift and rotational swift
- Willing to Relocate
- Hand-on experience is added advantage
- Strong Knowledge or Experience in Troubleshooting, DHCP Protocol, VLAN, IP, Switch, Firewall, Routers and OSI Models

Skills Required:

- Excellent Communication in **English**:

- Good knowledge of Troubleshooting, DHCP Protocol, VLAN, IP, Switch, Firewall, Routers and OSI Models
- **CCNA certification (mandatory)**
