**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and security tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees across departments.
- Perform regular backup operations and implement data protection measures.
- Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT assets.
- Support network administration tasks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Ensure timely software updates and antivirus patches across all systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Provide technical training and support to non-technical staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus, and backup tools.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
