**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and contributing to the growth of the business by supporting the sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,385.63 - ₹32,882.27 per month
