**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Admission Counselors to join our team in Ahmedabad. If you have a passion for education and enjoy helping students make informed decisions about their educational journey, this role is perfect for you. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, answering their queries, and helping them select the right courses. You will also assist with event planning and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students and parents through the course offerings and admission procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of admission-related events, including webinars, seminars, and campus visits.
- Manage and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate for enrollment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and admissions processes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all admission targets and goals are met.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, Business, or Management).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Familiarity with the education landscape in Ahmedabad.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Compensation**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
