We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Academic Counsellor to provide academic guidance and career counseling to students and working professionals. The role involves helping students make informed decisions about their educational paths, offering support throughout their academic journey, and assisting with program selection and enrollment.

## *Key Responsibilities

1. *Student Counseling
- Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students regarding their career goals, academic challenges, and course options.
- Help students choose programs that align with their academic interests and career aspirations.

2. *Program Promotion & Enrollment
- Offer detailed information about various Programs, including curriculum, program structure, fees, and duration.
- Proactively reach out to prospective students, converting inquiries into enrollments.

3. *Career Counseling. - Advise students on career pathways and options based on their qualifications, strengths, and interests.
- Assist with career planning, including information on job prospects, industry trends, and further educational opportunities.
- Help students develop career goals and connect them with relevant resources for internships or job placements.
- Monitor students’ progress, providing regular follow-up and feedback.

4. *Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and progress.
- Provide regular reports on student enrollments, counseling activities, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with changes in educational programs, policies, and industry trends.

## *Skills & Qualifications
- *EducationAny Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- *Experience 2-6 years of experience in academic counseling or a related role.
- *Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students.
- Proficiency in using counseling and student management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
