1. Prospective Student Outreach:

- Introduce the university's academic programs, majors, minors, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of attending the university to attract prospective students.

2. Admission Assistance:

- Provide information on admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and academic prerequisites for different programs.

3. Information Provision:

- Address inquiries from prospective students regarding academic programs, faculty profiles, campus facilities, and student support services.
- Explain tuition fees, financial aid options, scholarships, and payment plans available to students.
- Offer personalized guidance based on students' interests, career goals, and educational aspirations.

4. Follow-Up and Conversion:

- Conduct follow-up calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in the university but have not yet applied or enrolled.
- Collaborate with admissions counselors or enrollment advisors to track student progress and facilitate enrollment conversions.

5. Database Management:

- Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students, including contact details, inquiries, and outcomes, in the university's CRM system.
- Update student profiles and admissions status regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
