**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Conversion**: Explain course offerings, address concerns, and guide applicants through the admission process.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners to enhance engagement.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly enrollment targets through strategic counseling and lead nurturing.
- **Coordination & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments, and share daily reports with the management.

**Skills & Qualities required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or admissions counseling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of real estate education (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
