**Job Summary**:
The Pan Asian Chef is responsible for crafting exceptional Pan Asian cuisine, showcasing a variety of Asian culinary traditions, including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese. The role includes menu creation, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for hotel guests.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Culinary Expertise**:

- Prepare and present Pan Asian dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring authenticity and flavor.
- Develop and maintain recipes and cooking techniques that align with the hotel’s standards.
- Stay updated on Pan Asian culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu.

**2. Menu Development**:

- Design and innovate menus featuring a diverse range of Pan Asian dishes.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan seasonal or event-specific menus.
- Ensure a balance of traditional and contemporary dishes that appeal to various guest preferences.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Conduct regular tastings and kitchen inspections to uphold consistency.
- Ensure all ingredients meet quality and freshness requirements.

**4. Kitchen Operations**:

- Supervise and train kitchen staff in Pan Asian cooking techniques and presentation styles.
- Oversee the preparation process to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory of Asian-specific ingredients, ensuring timely procurement.

**5. Guest Experience**:

- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized culinary experiences.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle special dietary requests, including allergies and preferences, with precision.

**6. Hygiene and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the kitchen complies with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement and train staff on food safety practices, including HACCP standards.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**7. Cost Management**:

- Monitor food costs and work with the Executive Chef to optimize profitability.
- Minimize waste by implementing portion control and inventory management practices.
- Negotiate with suppliers for Asian ingredients to secure the best quality and pricing.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts, with a focus on Asian cuisine (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of culinary experience, with at least 2-3 years specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.
- Proven track record in a fine-dining or upscale hotel setting.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity in menu development and presentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and modern culinary tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
