Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Food Production Faculty | Culinary Arts Instructor** to train, guide, inspire and mentor students in professional cookery. Whether you come from academics or industry, you’ll be shaping the next generation of chefs to succeed in top hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and F&B brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and train students in Indian, Continental, Pan-Asian, and Bakery & Patisserie.

Conduct practical kitchen labs, demonstrations, and engaging theory classes.

Mentor students for competitions, internships, and global placements.

Maintain hygiene, HACCP/FSSAI standards, and safety compliance in kitchen labs.

Introduce modern culinary trends & innovation in classes.

Collaborate with colleagues for events, food festivals, and workshops.

**Qualifications**:
Essential: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration with Food Production specialisation.

Preferred: Master’s or Phd

Alternative Path: Senior chefs with 5-10 years’ industry experience (hotels, cruise lines, restaurants) are welcome.

Certifications like FSSAI FoSTaC, HACCP, WorldChefs are a plus.
