We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Faculty member to teach Food Production courses at NIPS School of Hotel Management. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in food production.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for teaching Food Production courses.
  • Conduct classes and workshops on various aspects of food production, including cooking techniques and menu planning.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the school's programs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production, with a strong background in cooking and culinary arts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to plan and execute events, such as cook-offs and competitions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
