**Job Title**: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide essential support in an IT Helpdesk environment, demonstrating a basic understanding of the IT landscape.
- Exhibit strong English-speaking and communication skills to effectively interact with end-users.
- Successfully undergone Accent Neutralization Training to enhance communication clarity.
- Possess at least an Associate degree or technical school certification in Information Technology; equivalent experience with a high school diploma will be considered.
- Utilize Active Directory for user setup, management, and proficiently create and manage distribution lists.
- Demonstrate expertise in setting up, managing, troubleshooting, and supporting O365.
- Install, configure, and map network drives and printers as part of routine tasks.
- Provide essential troubleshooting for VPN connections, especially for remote users.
- Display flexibility with availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- **Educational Background**:BSc in Computer Science or BCA.
