We’re looking for a **Helpdesk Technician** to provide remote IT support to our team in India. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with solid basic IT knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **remote end-user support** for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Handle **backup, system updates, and basic cybersecurity** tasks.
- Resolve common hardware/software problems and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of **Windows/Mac OS**, **Microsoft 365**, and **network basics (Wi-Fi, VPN)**.
- Experience providing **remote IT support** and basic **cybersecurity** awareness.
- Strong **troubleshooting** and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure smooth tech operations for users.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
