**Key Responsibilities**:
Daily Stock Count & Inventory Accuracy:

- Conduct daily stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy
- Own the inventory process and complete daily stock audits on time

Physical Record Management:

- Maintain up-to-date records including inward/outward documents, return stock, and damage stock
- Monitor and update all physical documentation consistently

Stock Allocation & POP Ownership:

- Manage stock allocation and Point of Purchase (POP) processes
- Allocate stock efficiently based on daily operational needs

Warehouse Hygiene & Organization:

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure all items are well-organized
- Quickly address any hygiene or layout-related issues

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Daily stock report accuracy
- Minimal discrepancies between physical and system records
- Timely stock allocation with reduced misallocation incidents
- Cleanliness compliance during internal audits
- Team leadership and coordination effectiveness

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate in any stream

**Experience**:

- Experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control preferred

**Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage warehouse workflow and small teams
- Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
