**Inventory Incharge**

Looking for Inventory Incharge for our Food Products Super Market,

Location - Alwarpet / Guindy/T Nagar

Age - 25 yrs to 35yrs

Experience : 1 to 3 years’ experience

Qualification - Diploma / Any degree

Gender - Male

organization preferably in a FMCG, Food and Supermarket Industry background.

ROLES & & RESPONSIBILITIES OF INVENTORY INCHARGE

1. Oversee stocks inward from warehouse against the stock transfer document

2. Ensure proper documentation is done during inter-store stock transfer

3. Stock count to be done on a daily basis as per the schedule of the main category and tally the system and physical stock.

4. In case of stock variance, recount need to be done and have it signed off with the approval of Retail Head.

5. Full store stock audit must be conducted twice in a month; 15 th and 30 th of every month

6. Indenting must be as per the Min & Max quantities set in the system

7. Manual indents must be closely monitored and controlled to prevent excess stocks landing in the system except in cases like promotions, special display etc.

8. Wherever stock days cover is abnormally high, the same must be alerted on time to the Retail Head to take necessary actions

9. Ensure that stocks are stacked as per the planogram and each SKU is supported with an edge label.

10. Stocks must not be displayed at multiple locations, unless approved

11. Periodic perpetual inventory and high value stock check must be done for random SKUs

12. Date sensitive SKUs must be carefully handled and regularly monitored for its shelf life

13. Damaged/expired/infested stocks must be properly accounted and returned to the warehouse

14. SKUs considered as dump must be validated and disposed of after getting approval from the Retail Head

15. To ensure that stocks transferred from F&V, grocery etc. to kitchen/own consumption are properly documented

16. Must check the inventory of other store to plan inter-store transfer as well as to check the availability at the warehouse to ensure stock availability.

17. To do stock check of kitchen SKUs

18. Store consumables indent and stock in hand to be monitored against the usage

19. Responsible for implementation of the planogram.

20. Must ensure that all products have Price labels.

21. Must ensure fulfilment of stock at the shops by coordinating with the warehouse. He must ensure that the stocks reach the shop even if it means staff from the shop have to pick up the same.

22. Merchandising plan will be his responsibility and the same will need to be updated on the merchandising app in both shops.

**Salary**: ₹20000 - ₹25000 per Month
