**Position**: Store Incharge
**Department**: Inventory/Store Management
**Reports To**: Store Manager/Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes maintaining inventory, ensuring smooth workflow, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail to maintain efficient store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure timely reordering of products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Store Operations**:

- Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store.
- Optimize space for effective storage and display of goods.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Assign duties to store staff and monitor their performance.
- Train and guide employees to improve productivity.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Communicate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate contracts and prices for cost efficiency.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and sales.
- Document all incoming and outgoing goods for transparency.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.
- **Customer Service (if applicable)**:

- Address customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or accidents.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month

Schedule:
