**Job Description**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF STORE INCHARGE**: PURCHASE:Identify requirements/ receive/ purchase requisition from user department.Collecting quotation for a product from various companies.Issuing a purchase order and make it available the item whenever required.Giving purchase order approved supplier only.Preparing a comparative quote statement and getting approval from the deciding authority.To get the feedback from users. STORES:Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.Inspect the received goods.Prepare GRN and update system records.Fix issue rate if new item.Issuing the material to user department against the request.Inventory control by using reorder level and safety stock levels.Collecting feedback from the department about the product quality.To coordinate with accounts department for vendors payments.To do continuous supervision with concern departments & make surprize checking for the unaccounted stock.To maintain the assets and stock list.Damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.Maintains the stores area neat and orderly manner.Any other work allocated by the management.To prepare the monthly report on purchase & issuing.
