**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is properly stored, labeled, and organized.
- **Component Knowledge**: Possess thorough understanding of various components and their uses within the inventory.
- **Stock Control**: Monitor stock levels and reorder points, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize Excel to manage inventory data, generate reports, and analyze stock levels to forecast demand.
- **Procurement Support**: Assist in the procurement process by liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of stock, and verifying quantities received.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, addressing any issues with suppliers or internal teams.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, deliveries, and adjustments.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure storage areas comply with safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any inventory-related issues.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Mechanical, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
- **Component Knowledge**: Strong understanding of various components used within the industry.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve inventory issues promptly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of Hindi language is a valuable asset.
