Job Title: Warehouse Incharge

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department, preferably in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of SAP & MS Office
