We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Incharge to join our team and play a vital role in managing our garment inventory. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of all garment stock, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming garment shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate stock records using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other designated software.
- Organize and manage garment storage, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and identify discrepancies for investigation and correction.
- Prepare and submit stock reports to relevant departments, including production planning and management.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure timely and accurate issuance of garments for production.
- Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Manage and maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Identify opportunities to optimize stock control processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum diploma or any degree or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a stock control role, preferably within the garment industry.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
