We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse In-Charge for our new warehouse in Thrichy to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient material handling, dispatch, and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventor management.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels using ERP / inventory management systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward goods.
  • Monitor Loading and unloading operations.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Enforce safety and housekeeping standards inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for material flow.
  • Prepare and share daily / weekly warehouse reports with management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and other basic computer operations.
  • Must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
