We are a dynamic and rapidly growing A Kaderali and company, based in Mumbai. Our company is dedicated to exports, trading and owns a perfume brand named hakimi. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Accountant and Office Administrator with HR responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, financial systems, and human resources functions.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

2. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and income.

3. Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

4. Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

5. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

6. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs.

9. Assist in HR functions such as recruiting,payroll processing, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

10. Coordinate employee training and development programs.

11. Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

12. Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.

13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

14. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

7. Ability to handle cash transactions securely and efficiently.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Prior experience in office administration and human resources is preferred.

10. Knowledge of stock auditing procedures is a plus.

11. Must be based in Mumbai and legally eligible to work in India.
