**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Accounts Administrator** to handle daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support administrative accounting functions. This role will also include **Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management, sales order entry, and sending quotations** to clients, ensuring efficient coordination between finance and operations.
**Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Management**
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process **accounts payable and receivable** transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile **bank statements and company accounts** to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare **financial reports and summaries** as required.
- Assist in **payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance**.
**Administrative Duties**
- **Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)**: Verify received goods against purchase orders and update records.
- **Sales Order Entry**: Enter and process customer sales orders accurately.
- **Send Quotations**: Prepare and send price quotations to customers based on requests.
- Maintain **organized financial documentation and filing systems**.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding **payments, orders, and account queries**.
- Assist with **budget preparation and expense tracking**.
- Support auditors and provide necessary **financial documents during audits**.
- Handle other **finance-related administrative tasks** as required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance administration**.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** (ERP) and **Microsoft Excel & Word**.
- Strong understanding of **financial principles, reconciliation, and reporting**.
- Experience with **GRN processing, sales order entry, and quotation management**.
- Attention to detail with **excellent organizational and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work **independently and meet deadlines**.
- Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in handling **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance**.
- Knowledge of **financial regulations and accounting standards**.
- Prior experience in a similar role within **[Industry, e.g., Manufacturing, Retail,]**.
