Accounts Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and manage petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Assist with audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to financial inquiries from management.
- Payments follow-up over mail, calls and messages
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in basic accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
