**Location**: We Madam, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tandoor Preparation**: Prepare, cook, and present tandoori dishes such as kebabs, naan, and other items according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- **Ingredient Management**: Handle and manage tandoor ingredients, ensuring they are stored properly and used efficiently.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency as per the restaurant’s guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Take care of tandoor equipment, performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues to the kitchen supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a tandoor cooking role in a similar setting.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in tandoor cooking techniques, knowledge of Indian spices and marinades, and the ability to handle tandoor equipment safely.
- **Education**: Basic culinary training or relevant experience.
- **Personal Traits**: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for cooking.
