Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commi 2 Chinese chef at Musafir Cafe in Greater Kolkata Area. Your responsibilities will include cooking traditional Chinese cuisine, preparing ingredients, monitoring food quality and presentation, and contributing to menu planning. As a Commi 2 chef, you will assist in all areas of the kitchen to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a Commi 2 Chinese chef or similar role in a restaurant or cafe

Thorough understanding of traditional cuisine and a passion for cooking

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail and understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient combinations

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively in a team environment

Formal training in culinary arts is preferred but not required

Open for part time oppurtunity for students

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
