Logistics Coordinator/Freight Broker **(US-based logistics process)**

Location**:PATIALA**

**Profile**: - Freight Broker/Logistics Sales Coordinator
**Job Timings ** - 07:00 p.m. (IST) to 04:00 a.m. (IST) - Night Shift
- Monday to Friday (5 days working)

**About Us**:
**How you can make it**: A freight (logistic coordinator) broker is a middle person between a shipper (any company/Customer) who has goods to transport and a carrier (trucking company) who has capacity to move that freight.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Provide customers with shipping quotes and book orders with carriers.

3. Book orders with carriers

4. Generate leads and attract new prospects, developing a robust sales pipeline.

5. Assist in preparing carriers for loads and track the status of loads.

6. Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.

7. Maintain accurate records of relevant activities and update customers on the status of shipments.

8. Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

9. Stay up-to-date with market trends in the transportation industry.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Experience in logistics, transportation, or sales is preferred

3. Ability to work in night shifts according to US standard times

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling is preferred.

7. Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.

8. Knowledge of the freight brokerage industry and market trends is a plus.

**Shift and Schedule**:

- Night shift according to US standard times
- Monday to Friday work days
- Saturday and Sunday fixed off

**Compensation**:

- Salary between 15000-60000 INR
- Monthly commission perks
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in logistics/sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
