We value proactive, adaptable individuals who are committed to making a difference. **Responsibilities** - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support business growth. - Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives. - Engage healthcare professionals in meaningful, science-based conversations to provide value and insights. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies and positioning. - Manage resources effectively, including budgets, to maximize customer value. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and achieve business goals. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing sales or territory management role. - Valid driver’s license. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications**: - Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles. - Ability to interpret scientific data and communicate clinical insights effectively. - Strong listening and influencing skills to engage healthcare professionals strategically. - High learning agility and business acumen. - Proficiency in more than one language is an advantage. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities. **Work Environment**: This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory.
