**Hiring Specifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi required; Punjabi preferred)
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers and high-pressure situations
- Comfortable with handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Male and female both can apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve shipment-related queries such as tracking issues, delays, and delivery updates.
- Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case history in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers regarding their concerns or queries.
