
Customer Care Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with parents and guardians regarding school-related information, events, and inquiries.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule meetings with school staff and parents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- **Customer Support**: Resolve any parent issues or concerns in a courteous and timely manner, providing appropriate solutions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, parent details, and follow-ups in school’s database system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, administrative staff, and school management to provide a seamless experience for families.
- **Presentation**: Ensure that the front office and communication materials reflect the school’s high standards and professionalism.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong English speaking and writing skills. The ability to articulate clearly and professionally is essential.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic in stressful situations, particularly when handling parental concerns.
- **Convincing Skills**: Demonstrated ability to persuade and provide information effectively, especially in resolving issues or explaining school policies.
- **Presentable and Professional**: Must possess a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, is desirable.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
