**Overall Job Objective: -**

**Role: - **The **Distributor Sales Officer (DSO)** represents the company’s interest to a set of doctors, stockist and pharmacies in their territory and responsible for end -end account management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company standards.

**Responsibility: -**
- Selling to authorized stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
- Detailing to pharmacies and doctors.
- Basic Merchandising

**Selling: -**
- DSO is responsible for selling volume and building goodwill in the distributor market.
- Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area.
- Building and developing relation with pharmacies and stockist.
- Regular coverage of the stores as per requirement.
- Drive in store availability and visibility.
- Collection and settlement of the account receivable.

**Detailing**:

- Generating new prescription on daily basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge & detailing skills.
- Day to Day sales reporting.
- Effective query handling.
- Adherence to the stewardship and compliance norms of the organization.
- Spend more than 90% time in customer facing selling.

**Merchandising: -**
- Responsible for Basic Merchandising at stockists, pharmacies and doctors.

**Basic Profile**

**Education**

Graduate in any discipline (Science & Pharma background will be added advantage).
Post
- Graduate can be considered.

**Experience**

Minimum 2 Yrs experience in OTC/ OTX/ Pharma Selling.

**Other Skills**

1. Ability to interpret and analyse data, to plan & sell effectively.
2. Influencing through communication & data.
3. Ability to develop strong relationship with retailer.
4. Persistence, resilience & GRIT.
5. High level of operating with discipline.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
