**B2B Sales Associate**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant entities in the hospitality industry.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's products, services, rates, and packages to effectively promote and sell to B2B clients.
- **Negotiation and Contracts**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and mutual benefit.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress against goals and present insights to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of hotel operations, services, and industry trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, negotiate, and influence others.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to create win-win solutions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
