B2b Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Revenue Generation**: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts.
- **Client Acquisition**: Onboard new doctors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and build strong relationships with them.
- **Partnership Development**: Establish strategic partnerships and manage healthcare industry associations.
- **Channel Sales**: Manage channel partnerships, healthcare agencies, chemists, and old-age homes.
- **Collection**: Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any stuck cases.
- **Client Retention**: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and progress.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- **Target Driven**: Must meet sales targets and KPIs.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to clients and partners.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
