Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

3. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding existing relationships.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.

5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales.

2. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand complex products/services.

4. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
