B2b Sales Associate

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide ambient scenting solutions
- Responsible for attending client meetings, visiting clients & consultants, and generally opening the door for new business. Develop proposals for work as well as attend industry functions, and organize marketing events
- New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- B2B Sales Associate will be involved in strategic planning
- Knowledge-based management
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with MBA in Marketing or Sales with min. 2-3 yrs. of experience
- Proven sales experience with retail and HNI clients
- Good awareness of space & cost management
- Good communication, presentation, reporting, and time management skills
- Strong business account management & sales approach with strong business management practices
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
