**Event Executive**

**Your Role**:

- Assist in all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue research, vendor communication, and logistics.
- Coordinate event logistics by liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure event success.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
