**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve queries related to Dream11 services in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic team, team oriented environment.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/ undergraduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory (freshers will not be considered).
- Need Immediate Joiner.

**Shift Timings**: 6 days working (work from office)

**Job Location**: iEnergizer, A-37, Gate No-01, Sector-60, Noida-201301

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Remuneration**: 28000 (CTC)

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
