**Key Responsibilities - *No Cold Calling**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Guide clients through the resume writing process, explaining our services, pricing, and timelines clearly and accurately.
- Assist clients with placing orders, navigating our website, and accessing their account information.
- Develop a deep understanding of our resume writing services, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance clients' overall service experience.
- Coordinate with our team of writers and editors to ensure the timely completion and delivery of client orders.
- Proactively follow up with clients to provide updates on their orders, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the B2C environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to excel in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Knowledge of the resume writing or career services industry is a plus.

**Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
