We are looking for **15 Inbound Customer Service Representatives** to communicate with our customers through inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.

**Location**: Sector 80, Noida

**Salary**: 16000 - 18000/month CTC + Attendance Bonus(2000 Rs) + Incentive(Up to 6000 Rs) + Retention Bonus(6000 Rs paid after every 6 months)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.
- Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.
- Using basic sales techniques, understand customer’s needs, receive all required information and sell our services.
- Capture customer’s details and create orders in CRM.

**Core Competencies required**:

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in providing customer service or sales in a call center.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
- Good customer service skills; must be passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the customer experience
- Ability to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, create win-win situations with internal and external customers

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
