**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Research**: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google research, and other online platforms.
- **Cold Calling & Outreach**: Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Ocean Gifting’s offerings and generate interest.
- **Client Engagement**: Share the company profile and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule meetings with clients to present our corporate gifting solutions and understand their needs.
- **Follow-ups & Closures**: Regularly follow up with prospective clients to close inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- **Order Management**: Keep clients updated on order progress and assist them throughout the execution process.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong, long-term relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Client Visits & Travel**: Travel to client meetings with the team as and when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in corporate gifting is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
