Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment.

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive who will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. They will identify and target potential customers, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate and close deals, and maintain customer relationships. The Sales Marketing Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and target potential customers and generate leads
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of sales and marketing success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
