Marketing and Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing Strategy and Execution**:
- Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional materials for digital and physical marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the team to design and execute in-person marketing events, such as trade shows, networking events, product demonstrations, and pop-up events.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize and improve future strategies.
**Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including digital outreach, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels are high.
- Present products or services in a compelling way both online and in-person, highlighting features and unique selling points.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
- Identify new market segments, partnership opportunities, and emerging platforms for digital and in-person outreach.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to adjust marketing and sales tactics as necessary.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and deliver presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations for potential clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain timely communication with the management team, providing updates on marketing and sales metrics, progress toward goals, and any challenges encountered.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Highly motivated and ambitious Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with people and create rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics for digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving set objectives.
- Willingness to travel as required for in-person marketing events and client meetings.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with both Digital and offline marketing
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising techniques.
- Creative thinking skills and the ability to bring innovative ideas to campaigns and events.
- A proactive approach to learning about and adopting new marketing tools and trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
