**Currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join as a Patient Relationship Officer for a BPO Company. As a Patient Relationship Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our patients, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Job Type**: Work from Office

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Must be fluent in English & Hindi
- Rotational Shifts & Week offs

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communications skills
- Communication skills in either Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam along with English
- sales / customer service experience
- Ability to listen proactively
- Good convincing Skills
- Ability to handle work well and maintain quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Patient Relationship Officer is required to make outbound calls and answer inbound calls of the customers and register and answer their inquiries, resolve complaints, and convert the lead into a success.
- Looking for a sales executive, who will be responsible to generating the successful lead.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
