**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help Docon customers in all stages of usage of product - during the trial, setup/configuration, and after-sales support to Doctors
- Making sure all customer issues that need resolution by the engineering team are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.
- Keeping Help/FAQ sections up to date.
- Work with engineering team to help them understand customer problems, reproduce them and fix them.
- Work with product team and contribute towards driving our product roadmap with real-world customer requirements

Desired Skills:

- Relevant healthcare/healthtech experience is a plus
- Active listening and reading-between-the-lines to identify and prevent customer churns
- Excellent communication skills, past experience of building strong relationships
- Individual Contributor Role focuses on working with clients (Doctors)
- Must Have Passion for customer delight
- Must know fluent English and Hindi
- Preferred to have worked in a B2B Process involving client interactions and support
- voice process.
- Nice to Have : Hands on with MS Excel

Experience:

- 0 to 3 years
