FLS - Relationship Officer - Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance The Relationship Officer is a customer facing role, engages in life insurance sales using the leads provided by the Bank’s branch.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Achieve Sales Targets (Premium & Revenue) to contribute to the company level growth target.

2) Develop and strengthen relationship with the Bank’s branch team.

3) Prospecting and engaging with the walk-in customers in the branch and do a quick ‘need analysis’.

4) Engage to improve customer awareness about Life products and improve target penetration within the branch’s customer base.

5) Ensure seamless delivery and adherence to sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates and above, freshers with no experience are welcome.
- Motivated to learn about Life Insurance products.
- Interest in relationship building, good communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in English apart from one other local language.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
