**Job Title**: Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
- **Brand Management**: Oversee brand development and ensure alignment with company vision and goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective expenditure.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and use this data to refine future campaigns.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and software.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
