**Required Experience -**_**Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a referral manager or admission counselor, preferably in the education sector or edtech, is mandatory.**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Referral Program Management: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize referrals from current students, alumni, and other contacts.**_
- _**Lead Generation & Management: Actively seeking out and generating new leads for admissions, potentially through referrals, phone outreach, schools, coaching centers and other marketing initiatives.**_
- _**Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or yearly admission sales targets.**_
- _**Counselling and Conversion: Guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing their queries, and converting them into enrolled students.**_
- _**Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and other stakeholders.**_

**Minimum Education Qualification -**_**Graduation**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
