To correspond with prospective companies for interview dates and the schedule of events.
- To arrange for interview facilities at the campus and the written test halls.
- To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and to coordinate placement coordinators for smooth functioning at various locations (interview halls, written test halls, canteen, etc).
- To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over.
- To distribute appointment letters, collect acceptance letters from the students, and dispatch to employees.
- To identify a standby placement officer to take over the responsibilities in the absence of the placement executive/officer.

**Eligibility**:

- Student-centred professional in higher education with the ability and experience to interact and support a diverse student body in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred. (MBA/ MSW)
- 2 years of work experience in job development and marketing required, as well as previous work experience building employer relations in a higher education setting.
- Well-informed of labour market trends, employer needs, and best practices in career services. Experience with electronic career management systems is required.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent presentation, networking, and communication skills. Collaborative and team-oriented working style.
- Ready to accept challenges.
- Flexible and dynamic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
